The Portuguese Institute for the Sea and Atmosphere (IPMA) issued a weather forecast for Madeira. According to the institute, the sky in the region is expected to be generally few clouds.
However, the north slope and the highlands of the island of Madeira should present very cloudy skies. There is also a possibility of weak precipitation occurring in those same areas.
The wind forecast for the region is moderate, according to the IPMA predictions for the island of Madeira.
