Three municipalities in the Faro district are at maximum fire danger, according to the information provided.

Regarding weather forecasts, minimum temperatures in mainland Portugal will range between 09 degrees Celsius, in Bragança, and 19 degrees Celsius, in Portalegre and Faro.

As for maximum temperatures, they are expected to range between 23 degrees Celsius, in Aveiro and Viana do Castelo, and 34 degrees Celsius, in Évora.

The Portuguese Institute of the Sea and the Atmosphere (IPMA) reduced to three the Algarve municipalities with "maximum" rural fire danger, keeping Loulé, São Brás de Alportel and Tavira at the highest level of risk. With "very high" danger are eight municipalities, including Vila do Bispo, Lagos, Monchique and Portimão, while Aljezur, Lagoa and Albufeira have "elevated" danger and only Faro and Olhão have "moderate" risk. The IPMA calculates these danger levels based on five indicators: air temperature, relative humidity, wind speed and precipitation in the previous 24 hours.
