Lamborghini presented the Temerario Tricolore at The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering event, which took place during Monterey Car Week. This model marks the return of the Tricolore denomination to the Italian brand, a designation that had not been used since 2011.
The launch occurred together with the world premiere of the Revuelto SV, reinforcing Lamborghini's presence at this event dedicated to motorsport. The chosen setting for the presentation was The Quail, one of the most prestigious events of Monterey Car Week.
The Tricolore denomination had previously been used on the Gallardo LP 550-2 Tricolore in 2011. On that occasion, the designation celebrated the 150 years of Italian unification, making direct reference to the Italian tricolor flag.
The Temerario Tricolore thus constitutes a tribute to the Italian flag by Automobili Lamborghini, following the tradition established by the previous model of the brand that bore this name.
