Three of the 27 heads of the Federal Police in the states did not sign a note of support for the director-general of the agency, Andrei Rodrigues. The absence of signatures caused internal unease in the corporation. The document expressed "full support and solidarity" to Andrei Rodrigues and the director of police intelligence, Leandro Almada da Costa.
The superintendents who chose not to sign were Marcela Rodrigues, from Goiás; Carlos Henrique Oliveira, from Paraíba; and Marcio Magno Carvalho Xavier, from Espírito Santo. Of the 27 heads of the PF in the states, 24 signed the note of support.
