The Government will grant an extraordinary supplement to pensioners, to be paid in December. This financial support measure has been confirmed for the current year.
The supplement covers pensioners with pensions up to 1,611 euros. This value range defines who is entitled to receive the extraordinary bonus.
In total, approximately two million people are covered by this pensioner support measure.
This is not the first time the executive has granted this type of extraordinary supplement, as it is a recurring practice of the Government to support pensioners.
