An extreme meteorological phenomenon of wind and hail hit the municipality of Albergaria-a-Velha, causing significant damage to a local resident's home. The strong wind and hail caused tiles to fall that struck a vehicle parked near the residence.

Resident José spoke to CMTV about the moment when the bad weather hit his house. According to his account, the episode was described as "very scary," evidencing the emotional impact the storm caused on residents of the area.

The phenomenon caused various damages to José's home, in addition to the damage to the vehicle. The case of Albergaria-a-Velha fits within a context of adverse weather conditions that have been affecting various regions of the country.

Heat and low humidity increase rural fire danger
