The Portuguese Institute of the Sea and Atmosphere (IPMA) raised today the number of districts under yellow warning from 14 to 17. The yellow warning, which represents moderate risk, will be in force until 21:00 today.
With this update, only the district of Viana do Castelo is excluded from the list of districts affected by the weather warning. The remaining 17 districts of mainland Portugal are under surveillance due to the forecasted meteorological conditions.
