The Territorial Command of Porto, through the Territorial Detachment of Amarante, located on September 4th a 78-year-old man who had been missing since August 31st in the municipality of Amarante.

After receiving the alert about the disappearance, the military of the Republican National Guard initiated a search operation to find the man.

The operation involved various capabilities of the military of Amarante, who managed to locate the elderly man alive.
