An 18-year-old young man was detained on suspicion of having raped his 9-year-old sister. The suspect, who studied at a vocational school in the interior of the country, allegedly committed four rape crimes during school holidays.

The crimes allegedly occurred at home, in Seixal, during the period when the young man was home on vacation. The victim's sister is a minor, aged 9.

The authorities proceeded with the detention of the young man, who now faces charges related to the crimes allegedly committed against his sister.
