PRR: IL accuses Azores Government of creating "artificially positive" perception about execution

Liberal Initiative (IL) deputy in the Azores, Nuno Barata, today accused the Regional Government of creating "an artificially positive perception" about the execution of the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR) in the region.

Barata warned that "the real test begins after" the funding ends, suggesting that current execution does not necessarily reflect sustainable long-term results.

The Regional Government stated, in June, that the PRR-Açores evolved from the initially planned 580 million euros, although the details of this update were not fully specified in the article.
