The Barcelos City Council approved today the fourth modificative amendment to the Municipal Budget. The deliberation took place during an ordinary meeting of the municipal executive.
The main objective of this budget amendment is to secure financing, through own revenues, for two priority projects. The first is the Reconversion of Escola 1.º de Maio and the second is the renovation and expansion of the Barcelinhos Health Unit.
With this decision, the municipality aims to address the needs for school requalification and improvement of health infrastructures in the council of Barcelos.
After approval by the executive, the measure will be submitted to the Municipal Assembly to ensure the necessary procedures for its implementation.
