The Eugénio de Almeida Foundation will promote, on September 16 and 17, the workshop "Labor Law for Non-Specialists". This training action is aimed at technicians and managers in the third sector who have responsibilities in human resources management.
The workshop has a total duration of 12 hours and is part of the Eugénio de Almeida Foundation's qualification program. The main objective of the training is to provide participants with updated knowledge on Portuguese labor legislation.
The initiative aims to reinforce the capacity for informed and effective management of labor relations in third sector organizations, allowing professionals without specialized training in law to better understand the legal obligations related to people management.
