The Senior University of Funchal, promoted by the Funchal City Council, will have registrations open between September 14 and 18. Registrations take place from 9:30 AM to 12 PM and from 2 PM to 4 PM, at the USF facilities, at Azinhaga da Nazaré, in São Martinho.
For the new academic year, more than 30 subjects are available, giving students aged 50 or over the possibility to choose the areas that interest them most.
The program aims to offer an environment of learning, socializing, sharing and participation to its senior students, thus promoting active aging and continuous education.
