A First Alert Dispatch has been issued for a wildfire in the localities of Viseu and Moimenta da Beira. The alert indicates that the situation is still in an early phase, and no higher-level firefighting resources have yet been declared.

The fire mainly affects vegetation (scrubland) in the region. Authorities have mobilized a total of 36 operatives to combat the flames.

On the ground, 8 ground resources and 1 aerial resource have been deployed to take part in firefighting operations. Operations are underway to control the spread of the flames.
