Traffic will be cut on the IP3 during Tuesday to Thursday nights in the municipality of Tondela, according to the information provided. This interruption is due to the works of the duplication and requalification construction project being carried out on this road.
The intervention covers the section of the IP3 corresponding to the current platform of this road between Santa Comba Dão and Viseu. This extension represents a route of approximately 27.5 kilometers that is being subject to improvement works.
The planned investment for this construction amounts to approximately 103 million euros. This amount is intended to finance the entire intervention of duplication and requalification of the section in question.
The work aims to improve the traffic conditions on this road that connects the two towns, providing a safer and more efficient infrastructure for the users who regularly use it.
