Viseu: GNR launches Safe School campaign for back-to-school

The GNR launched the 'Safe School' campaign for the 2026/2027 school year, which coincides with the return to classes throughout mainland Portuguese territory. The operation covers more than 4,400 educational establishments and involves approximately 670,000 students.

The campaign includes awareness actions aimed at students, teachers, and parents/guardians, with the goal of raising awareness among the school community on various relevant topics.

The main objective of the operation is to prevent risky behaviors among the school population, promoting a safe and healthy environment in educational establishments.
