Faction of STF criticizes partial lifting of secrecy by Mendonça and increases pressure to postpone judgment on Moraes

A faction of the Supreme Federal Court (STF) criticized Justice André Mendonça's decision to partially lift the secrecy of investigations in the Master case, arguing that he kept information about some authorities under seal, creating an imbalance. The ministers demand that the judgment scheduled for Tuesday not be limited only to suspicions about the relationship between Alexandre de Moraes and banker Daniel Vorcaro. As an example of what remains under seal, they cite a Federal Police report with messages about Vorcaro's relationship with Justice Dias Toffoli. These revelations about Toffoli reveal other fronts of the case that have not yet reached the Plenary, increasing pressure on the format of the extraordinary session convened by the court's president.
