The INEM technicians' strike was called off after an agreement was reached between the union and the ministry. The strike, which had been planned, did not take place thanks to the negotiation that took place.
The central point of the agreement concerned the fate of the 56 emergency medical ambulances. It was established that the allocation project for these ambulances remains exactly as it is currently, without changes.
This was one of the main demands of the union representing INEM technicians. Maintaining the current ambulance allocation model was decisive in reaching an understanding.
The agreement made it possible to avoid a strike that would have impacted emergency medical services, ensuring the continuity of services as they are currently organized.
