Diesel price rises and gasoline falls next week

Diário de Leiria11 September 2026 at 15:30

The diesel price will rise next week in Portugal, according to estimates from the Automobile Club of Portugal. In the opposite direction, the price of simple 95 gasoline will fall.

According to ACP projections, the liter of diesel should reach 2.152 euros. This value represents an increase compared to current prices.

On the other hand, simple 95 gasoline should drop to 2.040 euros per liter, which represents some relief for consumers of this type of fuel.

These changes in fuel prices come into effect next week, affecting drivers who use both types of fuel differently.
