Among the investigations that remain under seal are the negotiations of presidential candidate Flavio Bolsonaro with Daniel Vorcaro regarding the financing of the film "Dark Horse," about the life of former President Jair Bolsonaro. Minister André Mendonça authorized this investigation, which continues under seal. According to the Federal Police and messages revealed by Intercept Brasil, Flavio Bolsonaro allegedly pressured Vorcaro and demanded the transfer of approximately R$ 134 million for the film's production.
Investigations indicate that former banker Vorcaro allocated R$ 61 million to the producers via a fund in the United States managed by Paulo Calixto, lawyer of former Congressman Eduardo Bolsonaro. The case is related to the alleged scheme involving the sale of活用化titles that moved billions of reais.
Another sealed investigation probes the receipt of undue advantages by Vorcaro's former partner, Augusto Ferreira Lima, from Senator Jaques Wagner (PT-BA). Lima is also under investigation in the inquiries regarding the scheme involving Vorcaro.
Additionally, there are investigations probing accusations against ACM Neto and Antônio Rueda, leaders of União Brasil, also maintaining secrecy over the details of the inquiries.
