PF says Flavio was not 'just a third party', but a 'direct interlocutor' of Vorcaro in the Dark Horse film financing

The Federal Police stated that senator Flavio Bolsonaro was not a mere "third party" in the negotiations about the financing of the Dark Horse film, but rather a "direct interlocutor" of banker Daniel Vorcaro. The film portrays the political trajectory of former president Jair Bolsonaro, Flavio's father.

According to a PF report attached to the records of the Master case, whose secrecy was lifted on Thursday night, there are elements indicating that Flavio appeared not only as a third party mentioned in communications from other people, but as a direct interlocutor of Vorcaro in negotiations related to the financing of the production, including payment collections, in-person meetings and monitoring of the filming progress.

The Federal Police request, accompanied by an opinion from the Attorney General's Office, led Supreme Court minister André Mendonça to open a specific inquiry to investigate Flavio. The procedure deals with the suspicion of money laundering and organized crime crimes.
