PF points out that Central Bank servers acted as informal consultants to Vorcaro

Federal Police reports reveal that two dismissed Central Bank servers, Paulo Sérgio Neves de Souza and Beline Santana, acted as informal consultants to Daniel Vorcaro, owner of Banco Master. According to the investigation, the servers provided guidance to the businessman, reviewed sensitive documents, and worked on matters related to banking supervision of interest to Master. The PF identified payments of approximately R$ 760 thousand to Beline in October 2024, with conversations about continued transfers in 2025. In one of the disclosed messages, Paulo Sérgio forwarded to Vorcaro the ordinance of his promotion to deputy chief of the Banking Supervision Department of the Central Bank, the sector responsible for monitoring banks' capital and liquidity.
