The Supreme Court made available the full contract of R$ 131 million signed between Daniel Vorcaro's bank and the law firm of Viviane Barci de Moraes, wife of Minister Alexandre de Moraes. The 2024 document, revealed in the context of the Master case, foresaw the implementation of compliance programs, advisory services in all judicial instances, and strategic consulting before agencies such as the Federal Police, Central Bank, Receita Federal and Cade.
The law firm stated that it had consulted Minister Alexandre de Moraes preventively and that there was no legal impediment to the professional engagement. The office justified that the consultation was made before the formalization of the contract.
Among the procedures released by the STF, there is a second draft contract foreseeing fees of R$ 50 million net, divided over three years, for the provision of services to Viking Participações, Daniel Vorcaro's holding company. The plan included tax and labor advisory services and action in investigations at the Public Prosecutor's Office and Receita Federal.
On Thursday, Minister Alexandre de Moraes announced that he would hold a press conference to comment on the case, but the information about the outcome of that announcement was cut off in the available text.
