Póvoa de Lanhoso City Hall highlights the role of Operational Assistants in quality education

Just a few days before the start of a new school year, the Municipality of Póvoa de Lanhoso promoted on September 8 a meeting dedicated to the Operational Assistants. The event aimed to highlight the role of these professionals in ensuring quality education in the municipality's schools.

The municipality publicly recognized the importance of the Operational Assistants in the daily functioning of schools and in supporting the educational community. These professionals perform essential functions for the proper operation of educational establishments.

The meeting provided a moment of reflection and appreciation of the work carried out by these municipal workers, reinforcing the importance of their contribution to the school environment.

The overall project, valued at over 220 million euros, will occupy 10,000 hectares and involves the submersion of the village of Pisão.
