The project for a new natural marina in the Algarve is practically complete, according to Faro City Hall. The marina will be built in the inner area of the Commercial Quay and will have capacity for 500 vessels.

The announcement was made by the Faro municipality, which confirmed the significant progress of the project. This infrastructure represents an important investment for the Algarve region, known for its strong connection to nautical and tourism activities.

The natural marina aims to meet the growing demand for docking spaces in the region, intending to reinforce the Algarve's position as one of the country's main nautical destinations.

Old iPhone models see price hikes of up to R$ 2 thousand. Understand the reason

Old iPhone models had price adjustments of up to 14.8% at the Apple Store, with increases of up to R$ 2,000, even after the launch of a new generation. The 1 TB iPhone Air went from R$ 13,499 to R$ 15,499, while other versions of the model increased by R$ 500. The reason is the shortage of memory and storage chips caused by high demand from artificial intelligence data centers, which raised global price indices for smartphones, tablets, and notebooks. This year, Apple did not launch a new Air generation, postponing the update to early 2027.
