ERC concluded that TVI did not observe "antenna ethics" in Cristina Ferreira's interview about rape

The Regulatory Entity for Social Communication (ERC) concluded that TVI did not observe "antenna ethics" in Cristina Ferreira's interview on the 'Two at 10' program, in April, about the case of four 'influencers' accused of raping a 16-year-old teenager and filming the sexual acts in Loures in 2025. The ERC considered that the way the case was approached violated ethical principles of social communication, particularly regarding coverage of cases involving minor victims.
