TVC Media Group concluded on September 10 the acquisition of the entirety of the capital of Rádio Soberania – Empresa de Radiodifusão, Lda. The operation was finalized on this Thursday and marks the group's entry into the regional radio sector.

Rádio Soberania is a historic station based in Águeda that broadcasts on 99.3 FM. With this acquisition, TVC Media Group reinforces its expansion strategy in the media market in Portugal.

The operation represents the beginning of a deep renewal of the radio project of the Águeda station. The group announced that significant changes will be implemented in the programming and structure of the radio.

With this acquisition, TVC Media Group consolidates its position in the national media landscape, adding radio to its media portfolio. The group now intends to develop a new positioning for the station, leveraging the experience and resources of the communication conglomerate.
