APS with course on abusive clauses

The Portuguese Insurers Association (APS) will hold on September 15, between 10:00 and 12:00, the course "Abusive clauses in insurance contracts", in online format. This training aims to introduce the concept of abusive clauses, help participants identify their presence in insurance contracts and explain the legal consequences they may entail.

The course is aimed at employees of the insurance sector in the legal, compliance and market conduct areas, as well as professionals who work directly with clients.

The training will be taught by Rui Ataíde, associate professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and president of the board of the Consumer Law Institute of the FDUL.
