Barcelos ensures the renewal of the international quality certificate for municipal services

The Municipality of Barcelos has once again obtained certification of its Quality Management System under the NP EN ISO 9001 standard. The information was confirmed by the local authority, which announced the renewal of the international quality certificate for municipal services.

The certificate was issued by the auditing entity AENOR, responsible for the assessment and verification of the quality standards required by the European standard. This certification recognizes that the municipality meets the international requirements for quality management.

The certificate was presented this Wednesday and was delivered to the president of the Municipal Council of Barcelos, Mário Constantino Lopes. This moment marks the continuation of a process of evaluation and continuous improvement of municipal services.
