Justice Minister Rita Alardão Júdice rejected accusations of "lies" in the controversy regarding the destruction of chemicals by the Judicial Police in the Luís Neves case. On the same occasion, the minister acknowledged that the Government is having difficulties dealing with the increase in the number of prisoners in Portuguese prisons, admitting the pressure that the prison system currently faces.
