The trial of two police officers from the Ratinho police station begins on Friday. The two agents are suspected of having beaten people they had previously detained.
According to the prosecution, the assaults allegedly included punches, slaps, and rifle butt strikes to the victims' heads. The police officers are also said to have filmed and photographed some of these situations, as well as the respective victims.
