The Curricular Enrichment Activities (AEC) will start simultaneously with the beginning of the 2026/2027 school year in the primary schools of the School Groups of Nelas and Canas de Senhorim.
To guarantee the functioning of the AEC, 10 employment contracts were signed on September 2nd with specialized technicians in these activities.
The municipality of Nelas thus ensures the continuity of these extracurricular activities, which complement the school curriculum of primary school students.
The measure covers schools from both school groups in the municipality, guaranteeing students' access to these activities from the beginning of the next school year.
