The municipality of Vinhais invests annually 93 thousand euros in a healthcare program aimed at covering all parishes of the territory. This investment makes it possible to guarantee access to primary healthcare for all populations in the municipality, regardless of their geographic location.

The program includes regular visits by health professionals to the various parishes, providing medical and nursing consultations to inhabitants of the most remote areas. This initiative aims to address the access difficulties that many rural populations face when they need healthcare.
