Therapist Julia Lüderwaldt, who acted as family mediator for Jonathan and Isak Andic, is currently outside Spain with her daughter, who is a judge in Germany, waiting to return to the country. This information was provided by her lawyer to the newspaper EL PERIÓDICO.
Lüderwaldt is not charged nor does she have any pending matters with Spanish justice, so technically she does not require legal representation. However, as the same newspaper had previously reported, the therapist is being advised by a well-known law firm in Barcelona.
The family mediator's lawyer is studying the possibility of bringing legal actions for damages to his client's image. The focus of these actions would be directed at information that may have caused harm to the family mediator.
According to initial legal consultations, Lüderwaldt's legal team intends to act against publications that may have affected her professional and personal reputation in the context of the Andic case.
