The driver of a TVDE vehicle was arrested by PSP on Sunday afternoon in Funchal, Madeira. The man was intercepted after allegedly insulting and attempting to assault a police officer during a Road Code intervention. The incident occurred at the bus stop dock on Rua Dr. João Brito Câmara, near the La Vie shopping centre. According to authorities, the driver was at that location waiting to begin a new service when he was approached by police.
