The Municipal Council of Sousel will hold a commemorative lunch on the International Day of the Elderly, on October 1st, at the Multipurpose Pavilion of the town. The event is scheduled for 12:30 and includes musical entertainment.

The initiative is aimed at elderly and retired residents of the municipality of Sousel who wish to participate in the celebration. Registrations run from September 10 to 25.

This celebration takes place within the framework of the International Day of the Elderly, which is commemorated annually on October 1st, a date dedicated to the valorization and recognition of the elderly.

International exotic bird championship with exhibition

The Internacional Sado – 12th COM Exotic Championship takes place in warehouse 2 of Pier 3 at Setúbal port, organized by national ornithological clubs with support from the Setúbal Municipal Council. The event features over a hundred breeders from mainland Portugal, Madeira, the Netherlands, Belgium and Spain.
