The event Internacional Sado – 12th COM Exotic Championship is a competition of exotic birds that has the support of the Setúbal Municipal Council, the São Sebastião Parish Council and the Union of Setúbal Parish Councils. The organization is carried out in partnership with the Diamante de Gould Clube de Portugal, the Clube Português do Diamante Mandarim and the Federação Ornitológica Nacional Portuguesa.
The championship has the participation of over a hundred breeders, coming from various parts of the country, the Madeira archipelago and international countries such as the Netherlands, Belgium and Spain.
During the three days of the exhibition, the public can appreciate the various specimens on display, including those awarded in the competitions, namely the champions of species such as the Gouldian Finch, the Zebra Finch, the Star Finch, the Navy Finches and the Venezuelan Cardinal. Through QR Codes, visitors can learn about the judgments, the section champions, the best breeders and the renowned Best in Show.
The exhibition has free entry and takes place in warehouse 2 of Pier 3 at Setúbal port, with hours varying between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM on the 11th, from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM on the 12th and from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM on the 13th.
