Luís Sepúlveda, CEO of Lastlap Portugal, participated in a Flash Talk to discuss the Quirónprevención Corporate Run project in Portugal. During the conversation, Sepúlveda explained what sets this initiative apart from other corporate experiences available on the market.

The context of the discussion relates to the fact that increasingly more organizations are seeking experiences that promote real connections between employees, at a time when well-being at work has become a priority for many companies.

Lastlap is the company responsible for bringing the Quirónprevención Corporate Run to Portugal, positioning itself as a solution that goes beyond traditional corporate wellness programs.

In his speech, Luís Sepúlveda emphasized that it is important not to look at well-being merely as a tool to increase productivity, advocating for a more genuine and humanized approach to the topic within organizations.
