Hotel da Encumeada back on auction for 6.5 million

The Valley View Hotel Encumeada, located in Serra de Água, has been put back up for sale via electronic auction with a minimum price of 6.5 million euros. The three-star classified hotel unit has 50 rooms.

The judicial sale covers not only the hotel unit but also a set of surrounding land plots, bringing the total area on the market to over 25,000 square metres.

The auction began on 22 July and runs until 2:30 PM on 20 October. The case is associated with case number 6097/22.5T8FNC, which is being heard in the Execution Court.
