Teatro Efémero premieres on September 11 and 12, at 9:30 PM, at Casa de Teatro de Sintra, the show "Surviving is a Full-Time Job," by Miguel Moisés, performed by Artur Dinis. It is a tragicomic monologue that addresses the difficulties faced by a generation marked by precarity, the housing crisis, and the challenges of entering adulthood.
The play follows Jorge, a 31-year-old architect, who tries to find stability while dividing his time between temporary jobs, job interviews, call center calls, and small strategies to hide from his parents the economic difficulties he is going through.
The play was written by Miguel Moisés and Carolina Figueiredo, directed by Miguel Moisés, and performed by Artur Dinis. The work combines humor and vulnerability to portray a reality in which survival seems to transform into a full-time job.
