PJ used Xuxas's goods, but court had annulled Luís Neves's decision. Police say they didn't know

The Judicial Police stopped using several goods seized from Rúben Oliveira, known as Xuxas, including sofas, televisions, chairs and gym equipment. The decision to stop using these goods was made after the PJ discovered that a court had annulled, still in 2022, the dispatch that allowed the use of those goods. The annulled dispatch had been issued by the then national director of the PJ, Luís Neves. The Judicial Police states it had no prior knowledge of the judicial decision that voided the authorization to use the goods seized from Xuxas.
