The Guarda Nacional Republicana (GNR) of the Vila Cova da Lixa Territorial Post arrested on September 5 a 37-year-old man in flagrante delicto for possession of prohibited weapons during the Festas das Vitórias, in the city of Lixa.
The military personnel approached the suspect who was allegedly consuming a narcotic substance. During the operation, a security search was conducted on the individual, resulting in the seizure of three knives.
The suspect was arrested and made a defendant. The facts were referred to the Judicial Court of Felgueiras. The case was reported by Semanário de Felgueiras.
