PJ arrested 15 million in assets related to two drug trafficking cases

The Judicial Police seized and arrested assets worth approximately 15 million euros as part of two investigations into drug trafficking and criminal association.

The investigations stem from two separate cases targeting organized crime networks linked to the trafficking of illicit substances.

The operation represents one of the largest asset seizures related to drug crimes in Portugal.

The crime is believed to have occurred last week, when the suspect allegedly stabbed the victim inside the house. The GNR was alerted by locals and family members who found the elderly woman dead. The authorities are still unaware of the motives for the crime.
