Was acquitted of domestic violence. Court of Appeal reverses decision and convicts him

A man was initially acquitted of a domestic violence crime by a first instance court. However, the Court of Appeal of Évora reversed that decision and convicted him. The appellate court considered that the evidence presented in the case had been wrongly assessed by the first instance judge, which led to the verdict being changed. The man thus went from acquitted to convicted in the context of this domestic violence case.
