Man accused of killing partner refuses to speak in court

The defendant, a man, is accused of killing his partner. The two had been in a romantic relationship since 2024. The following year, in 2025, the man allegedly strangled the victim, squeezing her neck with force until death. After the crime, the suspect was detained in the Czech Republic and extradited to Portugal. In court, the defendant refused to speak.
