Funerals of victims of bus accident in Cape Verde have already taken place

The funerals of the 25 victims of the bus accident on Fogo Island, in Cape Verde, have already taken place. The accident caused the death of 25 people and left several injured.

A 6-year-old child, one of the victims of the accident, has already been discharged from hospital. However, 13 people remain hospitalized as a result of the accident.

The accident occurred on Fogo Island, one of the islands of the Cape Verde archipelago. This was one of the deadliest road accidents recorded in the country.
