A 37-year-old man was arrested in flagrante delicto by the GNR during a festive event in the municipality of Felgueiras, on September 5. The arrest was carried out by military personnel from the Vila Cova da Lixa Territorial Post, belonging to the Territorial Command of Porto.
The military personnel approached the individual because he was allegedly consuming narcotic substances during the pilgrimage. During the intervention, a security search was performed on the man, which resulted in the seizure of three knives.
The man was arrested and made a defendant. The facts were subsequently referred to the Judicial Court of Felgueiras.
