The Preserved Village of Quintandona, in the municipality of Penafiel, hosts between September 18 and 20 another edition of the Caldo Festival. The event returns once again to promote the region's gastronomic tradition.
The festival combines gastronomy, culture and entertainment, seeking to offer visitors a diversified experience that goes beyond the simple meal. The organization expects to attract hundreds of visitors to the village during the three days of the event.
The spotlight will be on traditional broths, the central dish of the festival, accompanied by various delicacies of local gastronomy. The edition promises to maintain the elements that have characterized the event in previous versions.
