ANA to raise rates again at Lisbon, Porto and Faro airports in 2027

The ANA concessionaire has once again presented a proposal for updating regulated rates at Portuguese airports, with new increases planned from January 1, 2027. The proposal was presented to airlines and includes differentiated increases for each of the country's main airports.

At Lisbon airport, the proposed increase is 0.67%, a more moderate rise. In Porto and Faro, the increases are significantly higher, reaching 3.77% and 3.79% respectively.

These regulated rates have a direct impact on airlines operating at these airports, and may eventually be reflected in ticket prices paid by passengers. The update of Airport Fees is a process that ANA carries out periodically, subject to regulation.

The values now proposed show a disparity between Lisbon and the other two airports, with increases in Porto and Faro being almost six times higher than planned for the Portuguese capital.

The concessionaire expects a maximum average regulated revenue of 14.80 euros per passenger at Lisbon airport group. The increase will be concentrated at Portela airport in Lisbon, with no changes to fees at Madeira, Azores and Beja. The proposal was presented to the airlines and now needs to be approved by the National Civil Aviation Authority.
