ANA wants to increase fees at Lisbon, Porto and Faro airports

ANA intends to increase regulated fees at Lisbon airport by 0.67% from 1 January 2027, representing an increase of about ten cents per passenger. In Porto and Faro, the proposed increases are higher, at 3.77% and 3.79% respectively, corresponding to an additional 34 cents per passenger at each airport. The concessionaire expects a maximum average regulated revenue of 14.80 euros per passenger at the Lisbon airport group.

The increase will be concentrated at Portela airport in Lisbon, with no changes to fees at Madeira, Azores and Beja. The proposal was presented to the airlines and will now need to be approved by the National Civil Aviation Authority.

The proposed fees do not include any impact from the new Luís de Camões airport, which will have its own regulatory treatment. ANA also intends to review charges for passenger processing and aircraft parking, as well as differentiate landing fees based on the noise produced by aircraft.
